- white cabbage8 oz
- apple6 oz
- beef broth32 tbsp
- all-purpose flour4 tbsp
- butter4 tbsp
- whole milk16 tbsp
- garlic8 clove
- fresh parsley8 sprig
- salt2 tsp

Method
Preheat oven to 425 F. Roast sausages 25 minutes, turning once.

Boil potatoes with whole garlic cloves until tender, 18 minutes.
18 min · boil
Cook sliced onion in butter over low heat until sweet and collapsed, 15 minutes.
15 min · saute
Stir flour into the onions, add broth, simmer 5 minutes until glossy.
6 min · simmer
Mash potatoes and garlic with warm milk. Season hard.

Shred cabbage and apple, toss with salt for a sharp raw salad.

Sit sausages on the mash, gravy over, parsley on top.
