- flour tortillas8 piece
- cheddar cheese5 oz
- corn1¼ cup
- bell pepper1¼ piece
- red onion1 piece
- sour cream6 tbsp
- lime1 piece
- chili powder4 tsp
- fresh cilantro8 sprig
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt1 tsp

Method
Char corn in a dry hot pan until spotted black, 5 minutes. Set aside.

Dice chicken, toss with chili powder and salt, fry in oil 7 minutes.

Mix corn with diced pepper, onion, lime, cilantro, and salt.
5 min · prep
Lay chicken and cheddar on half a tortilla and fold it over.

Toast in a dry pan 2 minutes per side until crisp and molten.

Cut into wedges, serve with salsa and sour cream.
