Ingredients

- ground beef20 oz
- flour tortillas4 piece
- white rice1¼ cup
- black beans1 can
- bell pepper2 piece
- yellow onion1½ piece
- tomato1¼ piece
- cheddar cheese4 oz
- sour cream6 tbsp
- chili powder6 tsp
- ground cumin4 tsp
- garlic8 clove
- lime1 piece
- fresh cilantro8 sprig
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt2 tsp

Method
Cook the rice according to package directions.
15 min · boil
Brown the beef hard in oil without stirring, so it crusts.
6 min · fry
Add the onion and pepper and cook until softened.
5 min · saute
Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin and salt until fragrant.
2 min · saute
Add the drained beans and a splash of water, then simmer.
4 min · simmer
Fold lime and cilantro through the cooked rice.

Warm the tortillas so they fold without tearing.

Layer rice, beef, tomato, cheddar and sour cream down the middle.

Fold the sides in and roll tight into a sealed parcel.
