- burger bun4 piece
- romaine lettuce4 cup
- tomato1 piece
- red onion½ piece
- bbq sauce4 tbsp
- mayonnaise2 tbsp
- worcestershire sauce2 tsp
- smoked paprika2 tsp
- garlic powder2 tsp
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt2 tsp
- black pepper1 tsp

Method
Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut sweet potato into wedges.

Toss wedges with oil, paprika, salt on a sheet pan. Roast 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
25 min · roast
Mix turkey with worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Form 4 patties, dent centers with your thumb.
5 min · prep
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook patties 5 minutes per side until 165 F internal.
10 min · saute
Brush patties with BBQ sauce in the last minute to glaze.

Toast buns in the same skillet, 1 minute.

Build: mayo on bun, lettuce, patty, tomato, red onion, extra BBQ sauce. Plate with wedges.
