- chicken thighs20 oz
- elbow macaroni10 oz
- cheddar cheese6 oz
- white cabbage8 oz
- carrot2 piece
- broccoli florets3 cup
- whole milk20 tbsp
- butter4 tbsp
- all-purpose flour4 tbsp
- bbq sauce6 tbsp
- mayonnaise4 tbsp
- dijon mustard4 tsp
- smoked paprika2 tsp
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt2 tsp

Method
Boil the macaroni in salted water until just short of tender.

Drop the broccoli in for the last 3 minutes, then drain both.

Season the chicken with paprika and salt and fry it in oil.
10 min · fry
Brush with bbq sauce and cook until sticky, then slice it.
5 min · fry
Melt the butter, whisk in the flour, and cook out the raw taste.

Add the milk slowly, whisking, until it coats a spoon.

Melt the cheddar and mustard in off the heat so it stays smooth.

Fold the macaroni and broccoli through the sauce.

Shred the cabbage and carrot and dress with mayonnaise and salt.

Top the mac with the glazed chicken and serve the slaw alongside.
