- bbq sauce8 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar4 tsp

- garlic powder2 tsp

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Cut potatoes into thin wedges, toss with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt.

Roast 25 minutes, flipping once, until the edges are properly crisp.

Shred cabbage and carrot, dress with mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt.

Warm pulled pork with bbq sauce in a pan until it glazes and sticks.
