Ingredients

- chicken thighs20 oz
- jasmine rice2 cup
- bell pepper2 piece
- snap peas2 cup
- yellow onion1½ piece
- fresh basil16 sprig
- fish sauce8 tsp
- soy sauce4 tbsp
- brown sugar4 tsp
- garlic12 clove
- red pepper flakes1 tsp
- lime1 piece
- olive oil4 tbsp
- salt1 tsp

Method
Cook the jasmine rice according to package directions.
15 min · boil
Whisk the fish sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar together.
2 min · prep
Chop the chicken small and slice the pepper and onion.
6 min · prep
Sear the chicken in a very hot pan without stirring, so it browns.
5 min · fry
Add the onion, pepper and snap peas and toss for two minutes.
3 min · saute
Add the garlic and pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
1 min · saute
Pour in the sauce and let it reduce onto the chicken.
2 min · simmer
Kill the heat and stir in all the basil at once.

Squeeze lime over and serve on the rice.
