  • jasmine rice1 cup
  • bok choy4 piece
  • soy sauce4 tbsp
  • honey2 tbsp
  • rice vinegar2 tsp
  • fresh ginger2 tsp
  • garlic4 clove
  • toasted sesame oil2 tsp
  • vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • scallion4 piece
  • sesame seeds1 tsp

Method

  1. Cook rice per package. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Whisk soy, honey, vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

  3. Place salmon on one half of a sheet pan, bok choy on the other. Drizzle bok choy with vegetable oil.
