- soy sauce4 tbsp
- honey2 tbsp
- rice vinegar2 tsp
- fresh ginger2 tsp

Method
Cook rice per package. Preheat oven to 400 F.

Whisk soy, honey, vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Place salmon on one half of a sheet pan, bok choy on the other. Drizzle bok choy with vegetable oil.
