- ground beef16 oz
- basmati rice1½ cup
- cherry tomatoes3 cup
- cucumber1 piece
- red onion1 piece
- lemon2 piece
- fresh dill4 tbsp
- garlic2 clove
- plain yogurt10 tbsp
- souvlaki seasoning3 tsp
- harissa seasoning1 tsp
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt2 tsp
- black pepper½ tsp
- sugar1 tsp

Method
Bring water to a boil, add rice and salt, cover and simmer.
12 min · simmer
Rest off the heat, still covered, without lifting the lid.
10 min · rest
Slice the onion thin and toss with lemon, sugar and salt.

Grate the cucumber and squeeze it dry by the handful.

Stir cucumber, yogurt, grated garlic, salt and pepper into tzatziki.

Brown the beef with the souvlaki and harissa seasoning.

Halve the tomatoes and fold them into the marinated onion.

Serving suggestion
