- broccolini14 oz
- yellow onion2 piece

- sesame seeds4 tsp

Method
Bring heavily salted water to a boil.

Chop the onion, garlic, broccolini and bok choy. Grate the ginger.

Slice the scallion, keeping the whites and greens apart.

Cook the udon until al dente. Save some of the noodle water.

Rinse the noodles cold so they stop cooking and do not clump.

Fry broccolini, onion and scallion whites until bright green.

Add the beef and brown it, breaking it into crumbles.

Add garlic, ginger and bok choy and cook until the bok choy wilts.

Serving suggestion
