- flatbread4 piece
- potatoes24 oz
- cucumber1¼ piece
- tomato2 piece
- red onion1¼ piece
- plain yogurt12 tbsp
- garlic12 clove
- lemon2 piece
- dried oregano6 tsp
- paprika4 tsp
- fresh dill4 tbsp
- olive oil5 tbsp
- salt2 tsp

Method
Preheat the oven to 450 F.
5 min · bake
Cut the potatoes into thin fries and toss with oil and salt.
6 min · prep
Roast, turning once, until crisp at the edges.
30 min · roast
Toss the chicken with oregano, paprika, lemon, half the garlic and oil.
6 min · prep
Grate the cucumber and squeeze it properly dry.
4 min · prep
Stir it into the yogurt with the remaining garlic, dill and salt.
3 min · prep
Sear the chicken in a hot pan until charred and cooked through.

Rest, then carve into thin strips against the grain.

Chop the tomato and onion and dress with lemon and salt.
