- Asian stir-fry sauce4 tbsp
- sriracha mayonnaise6 tbsp
- olive oil2 tbsp

Rinse the halved leek between its layers, then slice it thin.

Brown the pork and leek in oil, breaking it into crumbles.

Cut the lime into wedges and slice the bok choy into ribbons.
