  • potatoes24 oz
  • romaine lettuce4 cup
  • tomato1 piece
  • red onion½ piece
  • dill pickles8 slice
  • american cheese4 slice
  • mayonnaise4 tbsp
  • ketchup tbsp
  • yellow mustard2 tsp
  • olive oil2 tbsp
  • salt2 tsp
  • black pepper1 tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut the potatoes into half-inch fries.

  2. Toss the fries with oil, salt and pepper in one layer.

  3. Roast, flipping halfway, until crisp.

  4. Stir the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard into a sauce.

  5. Divide the beef into 8 loose balls. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Smash each ball flat in a dry, very hot skillet.
