- soy sauce4 tbsp
- garlic4 clove
- apple cider vinegar2 tsp
- butter2 tbsp
- olive oil2 tbsp
- salt1 tsp
- black pepper½ tsp
- fresh parsley4 sprig

Method
Preheat oven to 425 F. Toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper.

Roast the broccoli until the edges char.

Pat the pork dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Sear the pork 4 minutes per side until it reaches 145 F.

Rest the pork on a plate.

Lower the heat. Add garlic, honey, soy and vinegar. Simmer until glossy.

Swirl in the butter, then return the pork and juices to coat.

Plate over rice with the broccoli and finish with parsley.
