- white cabbage5 oz
- gouda cheese4 oz

- Worcestershire sauce4 tsp

Method
Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Brown beef and chopped onion with BBQ seasoning, salt and pepper.

Add tomato paste, butter, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire and a splash of water.

Simmer until the sauce thickens around the meat.

Toast the halved buns cut-side up. Brioche burns fast — watch them.

Toss both cabbages with oil, salt and pepper until slightly softened.

Spoon beef onto the buns, add gouda and cucumber, then the lid.
